I saw Dr Hasafa for the first time last week and I was overwhelmed by her kindness, care and concern. She listened intently and after a thorough examination she made her recommendation. I have never had a bad experience with any of the Dr's I have seen at Walton and have always been very happy but in this particular instance, I wanted to see a lady Dr. A truly lovely lady.
My Mum was 87 at the time and had become unwell. I took her to Ashford Walk in centre and we say Dr Hasafa, her medical knowledge and quick actions saved my Mum that day, she had lost her blood pressure and pulse due to overmedication by her usual GP at Stanwell Rd Surgery and developed a pulmonary embolus. Dr Hasafa called the Consultant at St Peters Hospital and gave me a letter to take to him in A&E.
Mum is still alive die to this swift diagnosis and action,
Zahraa was quick to diagnose and provide a prescription to the correct antibiotics which has now resolve the issue some 3 days later.
I was treated by dr hasafa a couple of years ago , which ended up having surgery. It has improved my life immensely but the only problem was dr hasafa left the surgery before I had a chance to thank her personally. She was amazing and I can’t praise her enough.
Dr Zahraa Hustafa is the most amazing Dr I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, she is kind , efficient , knowledgeable and above all follows up immediately on the care package she has set out . Dr Zahraa first saw me just after the death of my father , she then became instrumental in helping me put in place a care package for my mother who came to live with me , when it became impossible to take my mother to the surgery, Dr Zahraa has made numerous house visits . I cannot praise her enough and would say she is a glowing reference to today’s medical profession.
